I am a story teller.

I use fabric and thread to tell my stories, the stories about my
family, travel, my thoughts, and sometimes stories that live on the
bookshelves of my library or the whispers of the wind. Some stories
are told through photographs and some in song but many of them
are told in fabric and thread and stitches. Like a good story, each
of them can mean something different to each person every time it
is read.

Because I come to my work of story-telling from a traditional quilting
and sewing background, some pieces are constructed in that
manner. But I also love adventure and trying new products and
methods and a variety of media. Wondering 'what if' I combined this
tool or media with another always with the underlying goal of telling
the best story I possibly can is part of who I am.

I hope you enjoy my stories.
